Essay Grader Issue

Hello, I bought an unlimited subscription mainly because of an essay grader feature.

Unfortunately, when I use essay greader all the features are locked (topic focus, depth of discussion, readability, etc.). All I see is the number, and the lock next to these features.

I need to see these suggestions to improve my writing.

How can we fix this?
